It's no secret that moms have a difficult time trying to find time to get their exercise in. That's why this exercise is so great because it teaches you how to take the time you're spending with your baby and turn it into a workout session.
This move works your core, quads and hamstrings.
- Hold handlebar with feet shoulder with apart
- Bend down and come back up
- Do three sets of ten
Be sure you go far enough down where you feel the burn but not so much that you lose your balance.
Do you exercise during your daily routine? If so, what kinds of exercises do you do?
