There's old school hits like Richard Simmons' Sweatin to the Oldies and Jane Fonda's New Workout, racier picks like Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease, and intense routines a la Billy Blanks' Tae Bo...with all the options out there, how do you know which workout DVD/video is right for you? I asked Cafe Mommers for their recommendations.

anything by Leslie Sansone! i have 2 DVDs and would recommend them. the steps are easy, easy enough that once you get used to them you can follow along as you watch but listen to something else if you dont want to listen to her talking.
Yoga Booty Ballet is my main stay. I love it so so much. I've never had muscles like I do from doing YBB, not even when I went to the gym 5 days a week.
I like many of the shows on Fit TV. The power yoga, Gilad workouts and Shimmy.
I forgot Gilad, he is awesome!
My favorite of all times was the Jane Fonda step aerobics one, but I had it on VHS and can't get it on CD. If anyone knows where, please tell me =)
I know use the walk away the pounds.
i want to buy all of these and try them! i rarely do videos b/c i work in an apt building and feel like my neighbors would be mad at any jumping up and down.
My wife like Jililan Michaels workout, and it has done her alot of good. Personally, i think i want something more intense, like the p90x workout program.
