It's beginning to feel like spring, and that only reminds me of how close we are to bikini season...Yikes! I need to start poppin' my favorite workout videos into my VCR!
I really like the Jane Fonda videos! If you're a beginner, I suggest the "Start Up" video. It's a light workout for the arms, legs, hips, buttocks, and abs. Once I master that, I intend on moving on to her "Prime Time Workout" video.
So break out those leg warmers, ladies! How do you get your bodacious bod?
