abs, core, crunchesI wish my car had a flat tire instead of my mid-section. But what am I going to do?

Crunches, actually, are exactly what I should be doing. That and maybe stop stealing my daughter's chicken fingers.

Here's an ab move from That's Fit's trainer Fitz K. She shows us how to do strengthen our cores with the windmill.
