As I said yesterday, I don't want a box of chocolates for Valentine's Day because I don't believe in things like booty fat. (Of course, if a box does come my way, I'll be compelled to eat one or two or five-hundred pieces while sitting on by booty.)
That's because Weight Watchers joined with Whitman's to create Weight Watchers Chocolate Candies. They come in bags of called Peanut Butter Cups, Double Chocolate Mousse, Pecan Crowns and English Toffee Squares. Each piece is either 1 or 2 points. From what I can tell, though, you have to go to WW to buy them.
But you don't have to buy anything to get some good Valentine's Day tips from trusty WW. Check out their Valentine's Day article on how to love your body. WW reminds us to:
- Stop negative self-talk
- Dress to feel great
- Only think positively about our hot bodies of all sizes and shapes.
I do plan to show myself some love this Valentine's Day. I'm going to hip hop class for two hours where I will work on my new Missy Elliott moves. I won't even use any negative self-talk. I won't tell myself that I actually dance like a frog in a blender.
