As everyone in the Wii Fit Moms! group knows, these games are addictive. That’s great because they help keep us in shape. "The link between physical fitness and video games has never been so strong," explains Wes Sand, vice president at national video game retailer Game Crazy. Wii Fit and other interactive games can help us stick to our 2009 fitness goals.
Sand adds that games like Wii Fit can save time and money. Gym memberships are costly and, with these, you can workout at home. CafeMoms in the Wii Fit Moms! group have favorites from hula hoop to yoga, ski jumping to boxing. Working out has never been so fun.
One lucky CafeMom can win a Wii Fit by telling me...

Am I allowed to say lose weight? I would have to say though the yoga would be it for me. This is such an awesome idea!
I would love to have the wii fit! I just started Nutrisystem and need all the help I can get. I need to lose 42 lbs and going to the gym is impossible and the tapes get so boring. I really want my pre-baby body back and to beat the diabetes!!
What are you most excited to do on the Wii Fit?
I am most excited to be able to have a fun way to loose 50 lbs by my self! Husband works all day and when he gets home he doesnt want to go to the gym. Plus 2-year old can also play the games too!
I would be excited to just use the Wii Fit! I have NO time or money to actually go anywhere to get any physical exercise. It would great to have the convenience at home to do whenever I have the time. I just loose motivation when I have to take the extra time to GO somewhere to exercise. When I can exercise at home I am more apt to do it.
I am most excited to help keep active. I have Lupus Nephritis and with that I have Osteopenia, Myopathy which is muscle weakness due to the meds. Also Peripheral Neuropathy and Rheumatoid arthritis. It is important for me to keep moving and help my body get strong. It has been a rough past 5 years. Gaining weight because of steroids and becoming weak from Chemo. Ready to get myself back now that I am in REMISSION!
I'm most excited to just get in shape, period - I was hospitalized for 10 days just over a year ago, and have a heart condition, and my stamina just isn't there. I'm not allowed to go to a gym or anything, but my cardiologist cleared me for small things (walking, swimming, Wii playing), so this would be awesome to win one!
I have been walking all spring and summer but now that winter is here with the snow, ice and below freezing temps i am lacking in the exercise dept. Would love a Wii fit-which i also hope my 5 children would use to stay active
this is a great way to lose weight
It would be a great way to get fit in the comfort of your own home. No need to leave the house to start a new routine in unfamiliar surroundings. Would love to be able to start fresh this year!
