A chocolate ice cream cone with one scoop

or

1 scoop of chocolate frozen yogurt, 1/2 cup strawberries, 2 tbsp whipped cream, 5 small vanillla cookies and 1 tsp chocolate syrup

I'm getting snack-hungry just thinking about it. According to Glamour.com's dietitian Jackie Newgent, the correct answer is that both treats have similar calories, but the second one contains far less fat.

A chocolate ice cream cone with one scoop is 280 calories, 16 grams fat.

1 scoop of chocolate frozen yogurt, 1/2 cup strawberries, 2 tbsp whipped cream, 5 small vanilla cookies and 1 tsp chocolate syrup is 279 calories, 5 grams fat.

Newgent says to pick a lower-fat frozen yogurt instead of ice cream and, for the same calories, you can pile on the extras for a much more satisfying treat.

I'd totally go with the sundae. Which snack would you choose?
