10-Minute Workouts Perfect For Squeezing Into a Busy Day
January is the perfect time for laying out some #fitnessgoals for the new year. But with families to care for, jobs to do, friends to see, and everything else to cross off our to-do list, finding time to hit the gym regularly can be a struggle. Luckily, it doesn't take a long slog on the treadmill or an hour lifting weights every day to work up a decent sweat and move a workout over to the "done" column. Thanks to the magic of the Internet, it's totally possible to get a great workout in as little as 10 minutes.
Ten-minute workouts are great for throwing on a sports bra and squeezing in a quick sweat sesh while the baby is napping, during a lunch break, or in between classes. For more of a challenge, do a few throughout the day, like doing one between each load of laundry or one in the morning and another in the afternoon.
