10-Minute Workouts Perfect For Squeezing Into a Busy Day

January is the perfect time for laying out some #fitnessgoals for the new year. But with families to care for, jobs to do, friends to see, and everything else to cross off our to-do list, finding time to hit the gym regularly can be a struggle. Luckily, it doesn't take a long slog on the treadmill or an hour lifting weights every day to work up a decent sweat and move a workout over to the "done" column. Thanks to the magic of the Internet, it's totally possible to get a great workout in as little as 10 minutes. 

Ten-minute workouts are great for throwing on a sports bra and squeezing in a quick sweat sesh while the baby is napping, during a lunch break, or in between classes. For more of a challenge, do a few throughout the day, like doing one between each load of laundry or one in the morning and another in the afternoon. Or channel Wonder Woman and stack favorites back to back for a longer, more intense workout.  

We've gathered a variety of 10-minute workouts to keep getting fit from getting boring. And for anyone who's doesn't want to shell out hard-earned cash on expensive boutique classes without knowing if the exercise is something they'll love, this is a great way to try it out without pressure to join up.
