Many of us probably take celebrating holidays and birthdays with our parents for granted. It doesn't mean we don't enjoy spending special time with them, but we're just used to it. Unfortunately, not everyone has that luxury. Bailey Sellers, who recently turned 21, knows this to be true, but has been receiving a very special birthday gift from her late father for the past five years

  • When her dad passed away from cancer when she was 16, he prepaid to have flowers delivered to her every year on her birthday, according to her Twitter.

When she received the first set of flowers, she thought it was just a secret admirer, and was "completely shocked" and struck with chills when she read the card from her father, she told BuzzFeed. She remembers her dad as her "best friend in the entire world."

  • This year, her 21st, marks the last of the flowers she'll receive from him.

"Every year, I looked forward to my birthday because I felt like he was still here with me but this is the last year I get them so it's so heart-breaking," she wrote in a tweet about her final flower delivery.

  • Unlike the other four bouquets, this one came with a letter (and you'll want to grab some tissues for this).

"This is my last love letter to you until we meet again," the letter said. "I do not want you to shed another tear for me my baby girl for I am in a better place. You are and will always be the most precious jewel I was given. It is your 21st birthday and I want you to always respect your momma and stay true to yourself. Be happy and live life to the fullest. I will still be with you through every milestone, just look around and there I will be."

"Miss you so much, daddy," she wrote on Twitter.

  • Understandably, Sellers's tweet tugged on everyone's heartstrings.

"I want to cry so bad, and I've not cried in years," someone else tweeted.

I'm going to need another box of tissues.
