Kristin Hensley and Jen Smedley just "get" American moms. The hysterical ladies behind IMomSoHard apply their comedic genius to bring levity to the day-to-day struggles of being a mom.
Their most recent endeavor? A viral video that admonishes everything about "sexy swimsuits."
Throughout the four-minute video, the moms tear apart all of the impracticalities of sexy swimwear by hosting a mini fashion show and admittedly make a few great points, like how much more practical men's beach attire is.

But things get a little less funny when the two start pretty much shaming moms who do like to wear sexy suits on the beach and really start putting themselves down.
"There are just some suits you should stay away from," Hensley advises. "Go for something more reasonable."
They spend the next few minutes picking apart their bodies, comparing their stomachs to upside frowns, and talking about their "four butts" and love handles.
At one point, they even go as far as to say that if they were to wear these suits to the beach, their kids couldn't take them seriously should they need to discipline them.

What's really baffling is that they end up contradicting themselves by the end:
"I want my daughter to love her life and to love herself and she's not going to do it because I tell her to do it," says Hensely. "She's going to do it because I teach her to do it."
You absolutely do no have to wear a revealing swimsuit to the beach in order to belong there, but if you like a sexier swimsuit, nothing is going to empower your children more than their seeing you wear it with confidence, just as you are.

Hensley's final thoughts echo "I would love a revenge body but I'll take a 'f-ck it' attitude," and the truth is, that starts with not tearing yourself down even in the name of a funny Facebook video.
