How will you try to fit in exercise throughout the New Year?
My answer is easy: My gym has a cool babysitting room that's just $2 per kid, and going to the gym gives me a much-needed break from my adorable kids. Since it's too cold to take them to the park this month, I'll take them to the New York Sports Club playroom everyday around 4 p.m.

I have started walking daily(treadmill), i would love ideas on how to introduce new workouts to my routine.

I have started walking on the treadmill. The gyms around here don't have babysitting rooms, I wish they did. Hopefully this spring I will have enough money to buy some dvds to mix it up a bit.
How will you try to fit in exercise throughout the New Year?
I will try to fix exercise in throughout the New Year by going for walks outside when it is warm, walks at the mall when its cold, and go swimming in the summer time.
I am doing a quick 15 minute workout that I bought at the store. I am also going to start going to attempt to make it to the YMCA to work out. That is the hard part since I work 40+ and hate to leave my daughter for longer than I already do.
What I've been doing is waking up when DH leaves for work...which is 5am. Not always the best thing to do with an active 2 year old and having to stay up to 11-midnight just getting everything done for the evening. I've tried to get myself into doing little workouts here and there but just keep putting it off until the day is done and I've done nothing...
I will try to fit in excercise by getting up before my kiddos do and fit in some excercise that way. My husband leaves at five, so instead of blowing a kiss, mumbling goodbye, and then going right back to sleep I'm going to actually stay awake and walk on the treadmill.
I am going to try to go to the pool at the local community center and do waterfitness a couple times a week plus doing DDR alternating days.
