Right? We can totally do that! If you move super fast! How fast can you move? As fast as Beyoncé does? Faster, faster!

Phew, now lie down and cry. Those pulse lunges, they hurt so very much. And maybe also you fell off the bench from stepping up and down too quickly. I'm not saying I did. But I am asking you for an ice pack. Ow.

I am undaunted, however! I will get back to the gym tomorrow and the day after that to do the very same routine. Finally, a workout I can fit into my schedule. Thank you, Beyoncé! Thank you.

Oh wait. Someone just informed me that this is a purposely sped-up video and that Beyoncé probably does loads more reps than what you see here. Hm... This is a disturbing development. I'm going to have to mull it over with a plate of brownies.

Seriously, though -- I truly am inspired by Bey's "Let's Move!" video. Makes me want to get out there and move, too! Just more slowly than this.
