It's a conundrum you're bound to run into as a mom: Sooner or later, your favorite playlist for a high-intensity workout is chock-full of lyrics that are downright inappropriate for blasting around little ears. Or at the very least, you're questioning whether you want to take the risk that your kid will parrot Eminem's angsty verses or even an '80s hair band ode to sex, drugs, and rock 'n' roll. For that reason, you may need find kid-appropriate tunes that will get you up and moving without raising issues with your little ones down the road! 

Here, 15 songs kids that are perfectly suitable for working up a sweat. Who knows -- making a playlist of these tracks could lead to fitness fun for the whole family!

1. "True to Your Heart" - 98 Degrees & Stevie Wonder - You can definitely get your cardio on to this energizing track from Mulan.

2. "Firework" - Katy Perry - Kids love the sparkly visuals that the pop star employs, and it's also a motivating anthem that'll have you feeling just a little bit more gung-ho about reaching your goals!

3. "Dynamite (Clean Edit/Radio Version)" - Taio Cruz - This upbeat ode to rockin' the club is good fun for everyone and perfectly innocent -- as long as it's marked "clean" or "radio edit." The other version includes an F-bomb!

4. "Let It Go (Remix)" - Idina Menzel or Demi Lovato - Okay, being OVER any Frozen track is totally understandable, but you can mix it up by blasting a dance remix like this one or Demi Lovato's cover, which takes the track up a notch and is most definitely a-okay with your kiddos.

5. "Stronger" by Kelly Clarkson - It's pretty much impossible not to feel empowered when listening to this pop track, and it's G-rated.

6. "Applause" by Lady Gaga - Many of her costumes and performance art may not be kid-appropriate, but this track will urge everyone to get on their feet, and it's all about ... clapping your hands. Innocent enough!

7. "Twist & Shout" - The Beatles - Kids love this one, and it'll have you moving and grooving, too!

8. "Bye Bye Bye" - N'Sync - The repetitive lyrics make like it could be a kiddie track, but it's bound to give you a dose of J.T.-fueled, early '00s nostalgia to help you work up a sweat.

9. "Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic" - The Police - Flashback to the '80s with this sweet pop song that paints a whimsical visual for kids, too.

10. "Ever Ever After" - Carrie Underwood - Take a light jog or lift to this upbeat, romantic Disney track.

11. "Kiss the Girl" - Ashley Tisdale - The Little Mermaid track redux is bubbly pop fun, and Jog.FM notes it has the perfect BPM for a 12-minute mile pace.

12. "Roar" - Katy Perry - Everyone's bound to have a blast getting their hearts thumping to this empowering hit track.
