16 Workout Songs for When The Kids Are Around & Eminem Just Won't Do​

Or at the very least, you're questioning whether you want to take the risk that your kid will parrot Eminem's angsty verses or even an '80s hair band ode to sex, drugs, and rock 'n' roll. For that reason, you may need find kid-appropriate tunes that will get you up and moving without raising issues with your little ones down the road!

2. "Firework" - Katy Perry - Kids love the sparkly visuals that the pop star employs, and it's also a motivating anthem that'll have you feeling just a little bit more gung-ho about reaching your goals!

3. "Dynamite (Clean Edit/Radio Version)" - Taio Cruz - This upbeat ode to rockin' the club is good fun for everyone and perfectly innocent -- as long as it's marked "clean" or "radio edit." The other version includes an F-bomb!

4. "Let It Go (Remix)" - Idina Menzel or Demi Lovato - Okay, being OVER any Frozen track is totally understandable, but you can mix it up by blasting a dance remix like this one or Demi Lovato's cover, which takes the track up a notch and is most definitely a-okay with your kiddos.
