Awesome Woman Does the 'Dougie' to Help Her Sister Fight Cancer (VIDEO)

And people have posted videos of themselves dancing to "Teach Me How to Dougie" by Cali Swag District to YouTube. (Kate Upton is clearly one of the most famous participants in the trend.) But one woman's dancing "Dougie" video has gone viral not only because she looks like she's having a blast in it, but because her reason for making it is incredibly heartwarming.

Jennifer LaFace made the awesome clip to inspire her "gorgeous" sister, Colleen Madeya, who has ovarian cancer and has been undergoing chemotherapy. LaFace's "Dougie" video was made for Madeya's seventh round of treatment.

LaFace's heartfelt, energetic, and supportive message for her sister hits exactly the right note. You've gotta love how this is the approach she went for instead of serious and staid. Sure, there's a time and a place for that, of course, especially when we're talking about a loved one fighting cancer.

But this goes to show that even when facing a particularly gloomy moment, there can be room for laughter and joy. Which actually may have more healing power than we give 'em credit!
