Thank you for the article! To tell the I'll agree with one point that coffee is much healthier than diet soda. But I think if you have chosen a healthy lifestyle you shouldn't think about the lesser evil, you have only 2 options - to eat this and not to eat. If you want to be healthy and you know that this food is not useful for you, you just don't eat it and that's my plan. So I try to be healthy as it is easier to lose weight and try to eat only natural food and drink more water. Also I try to take water-rich fruits and vegetable to the office so I always have snack food.
