There is nothing that the Kardashians do in their day-to-day lives that they feel too ashamed to document. Seriously, whether it's Kourtney filming the birth of her child for Keeping Up With the Kardashians or Kim taking an epic belfie to show off that post-pregnancy weight loss, nothing is off limits. Yesterday, Kourtney and Khloe had themselves a field day channeling their inner circus performers with an acrobatic workout class. And how do we know that? Well, the zillion Instagram photos they posted from it -- of course.
But hey -- what else do we expect from reality stars? And to their credit -- this whole acrobatic workout looks like an absolute blast. If you're trying to stay fit and make a lifestyle of it, you may as well enjoy yourself in the process, right?
So what were the Kardashian sisters actually doing? Aerial acrobatics, my friends. Using hoops, ropes, and aerial silk (that purple ribbon-looking material) -- acrobats and supervised novices alike twist and turn through the air. All this stuff look super familiar? Well it's been taking over recently. First, in an episode of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills where we watched Brandi, Carlton, and the gang get frisky mid-air, and more recently in Pink's unreal Grammy performance last Sunday.

Sure, it's easy to poke fun at the duo for potentially spending more time snappin' photos than getting their sweat on. However, we've gotta give credit where credit's due. Khloe has been putting some serious work into her fitness lately, and instead of letting herself get bored doing the same 'ol thing day after day -- she's looking for new outlets. I'd kill to try a class like this!
Not ready to get sky high with your workout, but most definitely looking for something new to do besides a 40-minute run on the treadmill? Try tackling a Zumba or spin class. Willing to take your workout outside? Channel your inner mountain girl and go for a hike. Don't ever let boredom be the reason you tone down your fitness.
