Khloe KardashianBefore I say anything else, let the record show this: Khloe Kardashian has never been fat. EVER. She's taller than her sisters, and as a result, this has somehow morphed into "Khloe Kardashian Is a Giant Monster," a fact as ridiculous as it is untrue. That said, it's impossible to ignore the fact that Khloe's made some intense changes to her body over the past year.

Partially (and sadly) due to the stress of coming face to face with the end of her marriage, and partly by choice (exhibit the countless photos of her going to and from the gym), it looks Khloe's lost close to 30 pounds. Naturally this means that her clothes aren't fitting quite the way they should. So she's doing what the Kardashians do best: Getting rid of them and buying herself a brand-spanking new wardrobe. 

Just like Kim before her, Khloe is also selling her clothes and donating a portion of the proceeds to charity. She's learned a bit from Kim's experience though, and rather than invite criticism, she's donating a tad bit more than her sister did. Still, at the end of the day, dropping all of her stuff off at the Goodwill might have been a more charitable option. 

I think that this shedding of her wardrobe means that Khloe is taking her weight loss seriously. It's tempting when you start to lose weight to hold on to clothes that are too big for you. Because what if you "give up" or don't reach your goals? By keeping our old clothes around, we're tacitly undermining all the hard work we've done to reach our weight loss goals.

I say this as someone currently losing weight. When I finally started getting rid of my old clothes, I felt like I'd really committed to a new lifestyle. I think this is a definite sign that Khloe is moving forward in all aspects of her life: It's out with the old and in with the new.
