Although 2013 may have not been the best year for Khloe Kardashian and her love life, it was an epic year for Khloe ... and Khloe. Despite her crumbling marriage and pending divorce with Lamar Odom after a whirl of addiction rumors, Khloe lost 30 pounds throughout 2013. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star says that it was actually fun losing the weight because she took her time and didn't pressure herself too much.
Now, I don't generally look toward celebrities for fitness inspiration because well, being naturally skinny doesn't inspire me. Khloe's worked hard to get to this point, though. Despite hardships in her personal life, she dedicated herself toward an ultimate goal of focusing on herself and living a healthier life. Now THAT is an inspiration.

Khloe's astounding results didn't just happen overnight. The Dash doll made a conscious effort to get her booty to the gym. Constantly posting photos of slender, toned women and inspirational quotes on her personal Instagram and Twitter feeds, Khloe knew drew inspiration from others to really get her mind right. Because she was dedicated, she was able to succeed. And now? Well, despite all the hard emotional stuff, she's working on the right attitude to go with it.
Khloe wanted a fresh strart for 2014. Well, she's certainly set herself up for it.
