This one.  It really is true.  I keep wishing I had done this, done that, lost weight etc.  Why can't I??  I still can.

Those are great quotes and it was hard to think of one that I liked the best, but I think it's this one:

Because I really need to do this to make a improvements for myself and make myself a better example to my kids.
