Khloe Kardashian has made it perfectly clear that she's not in hiding or laying around bawling over her split from husband Lamar Odom. Instead, she's taken to spending more time doing things that make her feel happier and healthier -- like hitting the gym.
Amid headlines that she wants "a fresh start" in the new year, Khloe took to Instagram yesterday to illustrate what appears to be one of her favorite forms of therapy. Check it out ...
Love it! She's clearly motivated to work out, and I would venture to guess that she's treating exercise as not just physical but emotional medicine ... Which it is! (Something to bear in mind when we're all making our New Year's resolutions to get to get to the gym more.)

Actually, I get the feeling Khloe's managing her stress in the best possible way. Sounds like she tries to take what could be a negative experience and turn it into an opportunity for bolstered motivation and empowerment. As she recently told Cosmo UK:
I'm not happy with my arms, so if I see a girl with great arms I compliment her. It doesn’t make me hate her; it motivates me to lift more weights.
Way to go, Khlo! With that kind of positive, get-up-and-go attitude, Lamar is sure to soon be a distant memory ... if he isn't already.
