It's completely understandable that Dakota Johnson wants to look her absolute best for the Fifty Shades of Grey movie. I'd want to look my absolute best too, if my naked body was going to be seen by millions upon millions of people. So Johnson's doing what she has to do to get into peak physical condition for the role of Ana. And her diet and fitness routine is so easy, anyone could do it. Stars! They're just like us 1/100th of the time!
Dakota's doing two things:
Exercising and juicing. Note, juicing, not cleansing. There's a difference, friends. Dakota is eating actual food, but likely replacing a few meals or snacks with juices from The Juice Box, an organic cold-pressed raw juice company based in Vancouver. Apparently both she and the director, Sam Taylor-Johnson, are obsessed with the healthy drinks. "They love them," an inside source said. "They have a standing order for them," adding that the pair "are not doing a cleanse and are basically drinking a couple each day." Juices, as most know, are a much healthier alternative to coffee or other caffeinated beverages, and they don't give you that god-awful crash. Johnson was recently spotted sipping on their Tumeric Tonic, which consists of organic turmeric, lemon, ginger, and organic raw wildflower honey.

Also, as she told Entertainment Weekly a few weeks ago, she began exercising. Johnson, although thin, evidently hadn't been much of an exerciser before she took on the role. And now that she is, she loves it. She was quoted as saying: "Obviously, I want to look good naked. I totally understand now why people exercise, because it kind of f—ing feels awesome."
So, there you have it, folks. Juice and exercise, the key to getting Anastasia Steele's physique. No, we don't all have access to organic juice companies (or want to spend $15 for a juice), but if you break it down, really all Dakota's doing is eating right and working out. That isn't so crazy or hard at all.
What do you do to stay in shape?
