Gisele Bundchen's Body Is Simply Stunning 11 Months After Giving Birth (PHOTOS)

Gisele BundchenGisele Bundchen is on vacation with her family -- and has posted some pics of herself looking abs-tastic in a tiny little string bikini. The 33-year-old mother of two gave birth to baby Vivian less than a year ago, but her stomach is already flatter than an ironing board. If you looked at Gisele three months after Vivian's birth, that wasn't the case, so I have to believe that Gisele worked hard getting back into shape, though her DNA probably helped too.

Gisele is a fitness and health fanatic, who has made much of her ability not to become a "garbage disposal" while pregnant. Gisele has alienated a lot of moms over the years with her holier-than-thou attitude about pregnancy, like saying that breastfeeding should be a law. We don't have to like her, but we can still admire her body and get some inspiration from it.

No, not everyone has supermodel genes or legs that go on for days, and many people will never have abs like this whether they work out or don't work out or have had children or not. But even if you could get one tenth of Gisele's amazing body, why not?

Gisele is a yoga fanatic, and I can verify that yoga is a great toning exercise, one that isn't too hard on the body either. A lot of pregnant women and women who have just given birth take yoga classes.

Up to two weeks before her first child, Benjamin, was born, Gisele was doing kung fu up to three times a week.

Gisele is constantly seen biking around Boston, where she lives with football hunk husband, Tom Brady. Kung fu may not be up your alley, but certainly biking is something any new mom can indulge in.

Not content with yoga, kung fu, and biking, Gisele also surfs. The woman is making me ill. She's also a runner and she likes to swim.

Of course, on top of all of this, Gisele is a healthy eater. Plus, she has "muscle memory," as she told Vogue after the water birth of Benjamin.

So maybe you can't do ALL of these things -- Gisele no doubt has help with her babies, and let's face it, she doesn't need to go to an office job and sit on her butt all day, but you can always add in a little bit of exercise here and there and improve your diet.

Gisele looks fantastic, and no doubt she earned it. Now if she can just not say anything to annoy anyone for awhile.

Amazing.what u can do with an army of trainers.and.chefs...that said....she looks great!!!

I have to agree with adamat34. For heaven's sake you people go on and on about how great these celebrities look post baby. Well so would the average mom if she had the time and money to hire chefs and trainers who could spend hours with them. Please stop already! How do you think you make the average mom feel that months later they still can't lose that "baby" fat? And honestly, seeing that bony spine up her back is anything but attractive!

My body is chubby and soft, but my son is only going on 7 months and I had a supply problem with my first so I've been eating a lot (healthy and whole 90% of the time and unhealthy and whole 7% of the time) and being as active as I can be. I don't particularly like being chubby and soft, but I don't think it will last. I've been working out how to get some reliable consistent child care and when I do I'll be doing yoga and physical therapy, that will probably do the trick.

Good for her. People that can afford trainers, chefs, Pilates at home, etc usually have no problem losing the weight right after the baby is born. If you're not a celebrity or born with great genes, it's a bit harder for us to lose it all.
