Working out in the summer is, well, hot. As if finding the motivation to get outside and get moving doesn't take enough effort as it is, things get complicated when you debate what to wear in the process. My general mentality: It's too hot for my go-to sweat-wicking leggings and I'm totally going to sweat right through those old Soffe shorts from college (chafing, no thanks!).
