At this point I'm so lost on whether Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are going to actually get back together or not. One moment they're holding hands, the next he's on some sort of mystery date, and then days later Kristen's wearing see-through pants arguably trying to grab his attention. The latest on the whole shebang? Supposedly Kristen is so torn up over her breakup, she hasn't been eating. A source tells Star that Kristen's dropping weight like crazy.
You mean emotional distress is affecting her health? Ha, ain't the first time we've heard that -- right?
I think 99 percent of all women know exactly how Kristen feels. Whether it's a bad breakup, something rough going on at the office, or a family situation -- stress isn't exactly the easiest thing to handle. How do most of us cope with the hardships of stress? By finding something we can control.
That something for me, as well as Kristen supposedly, is eating and working out. For me, it's comforting to know that I can control what I put in my body, which is why during times of stress, that amount is either a LOT or nothing at all. It all depends on my mood. Hello, emotional eating.
It's so so important to surround yourself with people who really care about you during stressful times. It's natural to have an unhealthy reaction when you're not thinking clearly. Whether eating, working out, or something else is your vice, we all need that special someone (or someones) to keep us in check when the times get tough.
Let's just hope that if this is all true, Kristen has the person to give her a nudge. It's hard enough to deal with stress out of the spotlight, I can't imagine dealing with it in front of the cameras.
Are you an emotional eater (or non-eater)? How do you deal with stress?
