When it comes to staying bikini ready, though, it's all about smoothies and juices. Filling, delicious, and packed with vitamins? Yes, please.

Lucky for you, we have 10 delicious, healthy summer drink recipes that will satisfy your sweet tooth without packing on the pounds. For the record, they all taste better when consumed through a curly straw.

  • Banana Fig Smoothie

    Fig, banana, and vanilla smoothie adapted from The Stone Soup:

    Ingredients:

    • 1 black fig
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    • 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
    • 1 ripe banana
    • quarter cup ice cubes


    Instructions:
    Combine all ingredients in a blender, puree. If mixture is too thick, add water.

  • Sweet Potato, Celery, Ginger, and Orange Juice

    Ingredients:

    • 1 small sweet potato, halved and peeled
    • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger
    • 4 oranges, peeled and sliced
    • 4 celery stalks

    Instructions: Process the ingredients through a juicer. Serve over ice.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 medium cucumber, peeled
    • 1 cup cilantro leaves
    • 4 medium kale leaves
    • 1 large apple, cored and quartered
    • 2 limes, peeled
    • 1-inch piece ginger
    • 3 medium celery stalks


    Instructions: Process all ingredients through a juicer. Serve over ice.

  • Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie

    Strawberry kiwi smoothie adapted from Joy Bauer:

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup strawberries
    • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
    • 2 tablespoons chopped mint
    • 2 kiwis, peeled and quartered
    • 1 cup ice cubes


    Instructions:
    Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

    Ingredients:

    • 1 small beetroot
    • 2 apples, peeled and cored
    • 1 celery stick
    • 2 carrots
    • 2 oranges, peeled
    • 1/2-inch ginger


    Instructions:
    Process all ingredients through a juicer. Serve over ice.

  • Watermelon Juice

    Watermelon juice adapted from Cookie and Kate:

    Ingredients:

    • 1 small watermelon
    • 1 small lime, peeled


    Instructions:
    Cut watermelon into chunks. Puree watermelon and lime until totally pulvarized in a blender. Serve over ice.

  • Banana Chamomile Smoothie

    Banana chamomile smoothie adapted from Whole Living:

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup room temperature chamomile tea
    • 1 ripe banana, peeled
    • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
    • 1 cup low-fat yogurt, plain


    Instructions:
    Start by pouring tea into an ice cube tray to make cubes. Once they're formed, blend chamomile ice cubes with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.

  • Spinach, Pineapple, and Banana Smoothie

    Ingredients:

    • 1/2 banana
    • 2 handfuls spinach
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks


    Instructions:
    Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.

    • 1/2 cup orange juice
    • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

    Simple green summer smoothie adapted from Center Stage Wellness:

    Ingredients:

    • 3/4 cup kefir or low-fat yogurt
    • 2 cups packed spinach
    • 1 cup frozen mango
    • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
    • 1 cup ice

    Instructions: Place all ingredients into blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
