There's no question that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump has an amazing figure, or as her fellow Britons say: figger. The 52-year-old reality star has the body of a 25-year-old, but she has to work for it. While her stint on Dancing With the Stars whipped her butt into even more incredible shape, Lisa told Style Goes Strong a stay-slim secret that may change the way you check your email.
Lisa explains that she eats really healthily -- chicken and veggies for dinner -- but also enjoys chocolate every day. In order to keep it all in check, she walks on the treadmill for 45 minutes while she checks her email and/or watches the news.
After that cardio, she does some ab work and lifts some weights.
While I find it just a teencey weencey hard to believe that Lisa's only cardio is 45 minutes of walking, I do love that she kills two birds with one stone. Working out while working on the computer? Genius.
Lisa's not the only housewife who's spilled some diet secrets recently. Real Housewives of New Jersey's Melissa Gorga says she snacks on berries when her sweet tooth kicks in, and Real Housewives of Beverly Hill's Brandi Glanville credits Pilates.
So ... walking, weights, berries, and Pilates. I think I could handle that.
