When it comes to celeb bodies that I would LOVE to have, I'll be honest -- Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev has got it goin' on. If the fact that she dated Ian Somerhalder for what felt like forever wasn't enough to be jealous of, her flat stomach is the kind of thing dreams are made of. Nina Dobrev's workout routine isn't a secret: the star recently dished about her fitness style to Us, saying that she works out four days a week and includes everything from spin to running and yoga.
Sure, all those activities can contribute to a toned bod -- but there's more. Lucky for us, Nina's trainer Steve Moyer recently caught up with Fit Sugar revealing her three favorite ab moves to strengthen that perfect midsection. Even better news? They are NO where as hard as we anticipated and only involve a stability ball and a light weight. Check out Nina's tummy toning workout, here:
So just to recap, Nina's ab workout consists of these three tummy-toning moves:
1. A plank reach with a light weight
2. Stability ball reverse crunch
3. Side plank with a dip
Looks easy enough, right? My favorite thing about this workout is that it is totally something that we can all do on our own at home with relatively cheap materials. And heck, if I could get a slimmer-looking tummy in only 15 to 20 reps, then yes -- please!
