Guys, Britney Spears looks hot. Like really hot. Like that buzzed haircut is a thing of the past, she's been working out, and she put away her pajama shorts for a moment -- hot. The X Factor judge is on the June cover of Shape magazine rockin' a white bikini and showing off her newly toned physique. Yeah yeah, she's not quite in "Hit Me Baby One More Time" shape, but shoot -- momma looks fine.
Britney revealed her workout routine with Entertainment Tonight, saying that she's found staying in shape is MUCH harder as we age. Wanna hear how Brit keeps things in place in her 30s? Let's dish.
The diva tells Shape that she typically does yoga for about 90 minutes two times per week, and then spends three hours a week with her trainer. I'm just gonna come out and say it, compared to a lot of the other crazy celebrity workout schedules, Brit has it gooooood.
Until recently I would have said I'm surprised that her go-to workout is yoga. For a few years, I had my doubts about how much of a workout a person really gets with yoga. I have friends who swear by it, but as a runner, it just didn't feel like I was doing enough to drip sweat. After trying hot yoga, though, I'm a total convert. Like Brit, I try to get in there at least once a week.
