Jennifer Aniston Cheats on Something No One Would Ever Suspect

Jennifer Aniston When we're talking amazing women's bodies, we almost always talk about Jennifer Aniston. At 44, the woman is so flawless that even super models are in awe of her.

Heck, Jen and Michelle Obama are credited with inspiring a 4,000 percent increase in upper arm plastic surgery. So there's no question her bod is smokin'. The burning question, however, is: How does she get it?

She recently told People that in addition to yoga and a generally healthy lifestyle and diet, she does have one delicious secret that we can all borrow -- cheat days.

That means while she sticks to the healthy stuff for the most part, every once in awhile she throws caution (and carbs and calories) to the wind and indulges. I mean really indulges -- not just like an extra kale chip or something. She told the magazine:

Cheat days for me are usually ... it's either Mexican food ... maybe Italian pasta, but I think you always have to do it in moderation.

That definitely makes me feel better about those tacos I had for dinner. And the fact is that no matter what kind of a diet you follow, there has to be room to indulge once in awhile, otherwise, you're going to end up feeling so deprived that you just give up. Still, I wouldn't have guessed that someone with Jen's body would cheat quite so indulgently. It's really difficult to imagine her eating pasta, no? Good for her though -- it's clearly working.

She noted that her body has definitely changed for the better since her days on Friends.

We were a lot rounder. We ate terribly. We did that, and then we sort of grew up a little bit more and we got jobs.

Jen also gave some fantastic advice to ET on how to achieve the perfect body that we all should embrace:

Love the body that you have now, 'cause that's the perfect body. And then be patient with yourself. And when you first start you might feel like, 'I can't do this, I can't do this, this hurts,' and then be patient, do little bits, and you get there and you do. It's all about being really gentle with yourself, and acceptance of what it is at the moment.

Could we love her any more?

Do you take "cheat" days?
