I might just be the last to know, but I really didn't know that acidic foods caused itching.  Thanks for the info!

Fibromyalgia also causes itching because your nerves are like jumping all the time and you feel like something is crawling on you all the time.

Other than the acidic foods (but still one has to consider diet), these were all no brainers. Wow...bug bites make you itch? NO WAY!
