We all have that friend who loses weight ridiculously easy, hence you sorta kinda hate her. You know, the one you go to Weight Watchers with and the first week on the plan -- she loses six pounds and you lose .8? Well you'd HATE to be friends with Kendra Wilkinson then. Because in 10 days, the woman lost 10 pounds. Her motivation? Her gig on the I can't believe this really exists show Splash. The interesting catch? Wilkinson quit the show in a super-dramatic way the other night.
So let me get this straight: She wanted to have a good bod to rock on national TV, so she lost weight. I mean, that's definitely some SERIOUS motivation -- but now that she's not on it will she allow the weight to creep back on?

She turned to a dietary supplement called Abs Cuts Sleek & Lean. A soft gel pill that "targets common fatty areas like the tummy, buttocks, and thighs," users are instructed to take the supplement three times each day.
According to Diet Spotlight, there is no clinical data that supports the claims made by Abs Cuts Sleek & Lean. For me personally, I'm not all about using supplements to cut weight myself, and I'm definitely not going to spend big bucks (this product sells for $59.99) on something that's not definitely going to work. Is sticking to fruits, veggies, and protein-rich options just not a quick enough weight loss solution anymore?
In my eyes, dropping that much weight that quickly is just asking for trouble. It's exciting, yes, but then super hard to maintain. Putting up a big number like 10 pounds -- it sets unrealistic expectations. I don't know about you guys, but I'd rather lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks and know I can keep it off.
