teen momIt's kind of amazing that this stomach once held and then birthed a baby boy. This Teen Mom star shared this selfie on Instagram -- to talk about how she loves her yoga pants, natch -- but I can't stop staring at her amazing abs.

I guess that's the benefit of a) having children while you're still young and b) making health and fitness a priority.

So just whose stomach is this?

None other than the star of 16 and Pregnant and the upcoming Teen Mom 3, MacKenzie Douthits'. We know from the show at MacKenzie is a phenom cheerleader, tumbler, and workout expert, so it's no wonder there's not an inch to pinch around her waistline. Plus, after having been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age 11, the young mom of one has made healthy lifestyle choices that can't help but result in great muscle tone. teen mom

MacKenzie shared a spring workout routine on her blog the other day ... and let's just say it's not for the faint of heart. Take a look:

  • Run 1 mile, (if you cant make a mile run half and jog half)
  • 2 minutes of abs (crunches)
  • 1 minute of jump rope (regular, single leg, or alternating)
  • Sprint five 40-yard dashes
  • 2 minutes of abs (alternate side crunches)
  • 10-20 push ups (depending on endurance, try to do these as fast as possible with the full range of motion in hopes of making it more of an aerobic exercise.)
  • Run 1 mile (or half a mile)
  • 1 minute of lunges (weighted or unweighted)
  • Run 1 mile (or half again )
  • 2 minutes of alternating leg lifts
  • 1 minute of jump rope (regular, single leg, or alternating)
  • Cool down by walking half a mile or a lap
  • Stretch at the end

Yikes -- three miles, sprints, and weight training? No wonder girl is ripped.

MacKenzie's blog also has dieting tips, so check those out, too, for the full MacKenzie diet and exercise experience.

What's your workout routine like?
