Talk about a hot mama. Check out singer Pink, who recently lost 55 pounds, on the cover of the November issue of Shape. If that's not the ultimate definition of rocking a bikini, I don't know what is, and good for her.
If you recall, she delivered her daughter Willow Sage last June via c-section, and during her pregnancy, she packed the pounds. She told the magazine, "I ate a lot of cheesecake during those nine months. Also anything sour, Sour Skittles, Sour Patch Kids, Key Lime Pie."
While all that eating was surely fun, she said it left her feeling like a "mess" after giving birth.
She recently told Cosmopolitan: "I thought I'd feel like a goddess. They sell you on that s**t ... like you'll never feel more feminine. Really, I just felt like a mess."
Since then, however, she's gotten down to business and lost an amazing 55 pounds ... and not just in a flash either. She's worked hard for that body, using two key tactics -- yoga and a vegan diet, though she did admit to eating chicken and fish occasionally.

She said a typical day includes an hour of cardio and then another hour of strength-training or yoga. So she definitely worked hard for that bod, but it doesn't sound like anything that crazy or extreme either. Instead it seems like she was smart about it, and got some pretty amazing results in the process.
Too often we see gorgeous celebrity moms pop out children and then into a bikini in a couple of hours. And good for them; really, if they can do it, more power to them. That's just not the way it goes for most of us though, and we have to work hard to get those final pounds off. So it's nice to see stories like Pink's that show what it requires for the rest of us. Now if someone could just show us how to find two hours a day to work out while caring for a baby, that would be even better.
