Fight Breast Cancer With Porn ... WHAT?!

save the tatasOkay, I've got good news and bad news. Which do you want first? Sure, let's start with the good news. Here goes: In a show of support for National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the NSFW/adults-only website Pornhub.com announced that it would donate 1 cent for every 30 views of selected breast-centric videos, "meaning the more boobs that are viewed, the more money that will be showered upon the Susan G. Komen Foundation." So, that's good news, right? Because fundraising for breast cancer research is always a good thing.

Now for the bad news. Although it's not really BAD NEWS, it's just kind of the inevitable downside to this whole concept of porn-viewing as an altruistic gesture: Now guys have a completely solid, can't-argue-with-that excuse for looking at online porn!!!

ARGH. And it's all Pornhub.com's fault! Although we can't really get too mad at this company, considering their history of fighting breast cancer: Back in April, Pornhub.com sent a "Boob Bus" through NYC providing free breast exams with a board-certified, licensed medical practitioner. Plus, if the amount of money this new campaign has raised so far is any indication, Pornhub.com will raise more than $25,000 for breast cancer awareness by the end of the month.

Wait a minute, 1 cent for every 30 views ... $25,000 ... holy lord! That's a whole lotta porn!!!

ARGH. Nice work, Pornhub.com.

Do you expect Pornhub.com's breast cancer fundraising campaign to make a lot of money?
