Is it just me, or is Bristol Palin looking really good these days? It's not just that spray tan either, Palin's clearly slimmed down figure is cha-cha-ing all over the Dancing With the Stars stage. Look at those gams, for crying out loud! Bristol recently spoke with Us about what helped her shed the pounds, and let me tell you, while I understand losing weight is different for everyone, I'm not sure if I could do the same things she did.

OK, the scrambling after your kiddo thing is something I think a lot of us can relate to. Heck, I may not have my own kid just yet -- but I've babysat enough little ones to know that an hour with them is a serious workout. Heck, 10 minutes leaves me winded sometimes!
For me, though, I can't just completely get rid of things from my diet. I'm all about making a diet more of a lifestyle, and if I get rid of chocolate, for example, it just makes me want it more. Plus, it makes me 8,000 times more likely to binge on it and regret it the next day. It's all about small quantities. Of course, if I was like Bristol and knew I was going to be dancing live on national television in front of millions of people, well then -- perhaps that would be a different story.
