Today, I was obsessed with breakfast. It was a super-busy morning with multiple to-dos before 9am. I didn't have time to whip up something healthy for my three kids. They usually get a fruit, protein, and some dairy. Today, they just got Cheerios.
I felt a little guilty about it until I read this informative, eye-opening post from AppleFarm in the Why Weight? group. Here is the post called America's Worst Breakfast Foods. At least I didn't take them (or myself!) to a drive-thru this morning. Though I must admit, on occasion, that happens.
