3 Fruity Summer Drinks That Won't Freeze Your Diet

smoothiesWhat's the first thing you crave when the weather warms up? Maybe it's a strawberry milkshake. Or a frozen pina colada? Maybe it's an extra-large smoothie that you're almost positive is good for you ... except wait, HOW MANY CALORIES does it have?!

I totally feel your pain.

I would happily suck down the majority of my summer meals through a straw -- except in most cases, that smoothie or shake is actually more likely to mess with bikini season than, say, a healthy lunch requiring the use of utensils.

Sigh. What's refreshing about that? Not much.

But here's something that IS refreshing: There are some amazingly delicious alternatives to your favorite summer sippers that won't derail your diet ...

Wrinkle-Fighting Smoothie

Yup, it fights wrinkles (Dr. Oz said so!), plus it's yummy and under 150 calories! Done.

1/4 cup unsweetened green tea
1 1/2 cups frozen mixed raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries
