Kim KardashianWhat's the best way to show an ex what he's missing? By looking goooooood of course! Kim Kardashian is NO stranger to shoving some of her best, ahem, assets in front of the camera. Now, she's workin' it at the gym trying to tone 'em up. Today's shocker? The reality diva told Us Weekly that she lost a whopping 6 pounds in 7 days. Holy shit!

So how did she do it? Working out two times daily with her brother Rob and trainer to the stars Gunnar Peterson.

You know what makes me sorta sad? I don't really know if I can say "Good for her!" Don't get me wrong, I'm a Kardashianista just like the rest of y'all. But seriously, there's no way that she's going to keep off those pounds because as a high-demand Kardash, there's no way she can keep up that lifestyle.

Let's face it: Kim is always on the go. One second, she's flying out of LAX and the next she's in Dubai. Hell, there are possibly more paparazzi photos of Kim in airports than there are of her from photoshoots. The middle Dash doll has got a busy schedule, and while she may have found a bit of a lull to tone up over the last week -- I highly doubt she's going to be sticking to her gym bunny ways.

When you drop pounds fast, it's almost natural to put some of the weight back on. The only way to lose weight, and keep it off, is if you make some big changes to your day-to-day routine. Sure, hitting the gym helps -- but make sure you're adopting a routine that you can keep up with and, more importantly, enjoy!

If this is what makes Kimmy happy, then good for her! Let's just hope that despite all the criticism, she can keep it all in perspective.
