Breast cancer runs in my family - both of my grandmothers have had it and 2 of my aunts. All have survived it thankfully!
Unfortunately cancer is all through our family. My mother and maternal grandmother had breast cancer and my paternal grandfather had lung cancer
Cancer has effected me several times in my life. Its heart breaking to loose a loved one. I will be walking in my cities Cancer walk March 31st and have personally fundraised 150 along with luminaries.
my uncle passed away from melanoma 2 days after my wedding. both of his kids were in the wedding and it was a very joyous and heartbreaking week for my whole family.
My grandmother survived over 20 yrs battling cancer. it started in her lymph nodes, spread to her breasts, thyroid, and finally her brain. She fought on and off through so many treatments and surgeries. She lost her battle on july 25th 1997. I miss her so much.
