Khloe Kardashian Gets Every Woman’s Dream Workout

khloe kardashianLet's face it: Working out can feel great, but it's not always something we want to do. I love a good run, but sometimes even that gets boring. Which is exactly why trying new, different kinds of workouts is a fun way to squeeze in a sweat session and have fun, too.

Recently Khloe Kardashian and her hubby Lamar Odom tried to mix things up when they were invited to participate in a VERY hardcore workout with a few new friends. According to Khloe, it was "CRAZY!" and she was pretty much "dying by the end." Hmmm, sounds pretty intense to me!

So what taxing workout were the two lovebirds doing? I'll give you a hint: It involved a few hunky men in uniform.

It's official: I'm sweating already.

The couple went to Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base and had the opportunity to run the obstacle course there with the Marines on site! According to Khloe's blog, the obstacle course includes a half-mile sprint to go get ammo, and then a sprint back to the starting point carrying the ammo. Wowza, I'm exhausted just thinking about it. Khloe reflected on her experience:

It was so cool to see how much these people give up for our country and how hard they work. Lamar is a professional athlete and he struggled with the obstacle course, and they do that every single day. BEYOND impressive.

She's right, that workout is impressive. Combining high-intensity cardio simultaneously with strength training is a superb way to really get into shape, very taxing on the body, and a great way to curb an appetite. Those factors alone make Khloe's sweat sesh at the Marine Corps base a good one.

However, add in the fact that the youngest Kardashian sister had the chance to run the course around such handsome men (including her NBA husband)? Man, I am JEALOUS. I'd give anything to be able to work out with some Marines, I don't care how exhausting it may be! The only catch: I would definitely need some good-looking duds for the occasion.

Kudos to Khloe and Lamar for heading over to the Marine Corps Base to spend some time with the soldiers. Sure, the workout may have not been easy -- but it's clear that trying out a course that the men and women over at Camp Pendleton do every single day was enlightening and well worth it.

Would you jump at the chance to work out with Marines?
