Seriously, Do You Like Turkey?

Thanksgiving, turkeyAside from the wonderful tradition of sitting around the Thanksgiving table eating it, I'm wondering if you really like turkey. I do. Sort of. If the skin is crispy, the meat is moist, and the gravy not too greasy. You know.

Turkey is good for us, nutritionally speaking. Turkey is low in fat, high in protein and a decent source of iron, zinc, phosphorus, potassium and B vitamins. About 3 1/2 ounces of sliced breast meat only has 194 calories, and dark meat still only contains 232.

But the serious question remains...
