Generally, fall is a time to put on that snuggling weight. You know what I mean, right? Those extra few pounds around the middle that we all say are to "keep us warmer," but are actually because we're not as active, we eat more, and we can easily hide behind those loosely-fitting fall clothes and big comfy sweaters.

When you think about it, fall is actually the perfect time to get out and get active. Cooler temperatures mean less of that hot-sticky-over-sweating feeling. And humidity? Shmumidity! Here are 5 easy ways to get flat abs this fall:

I'd have to say that abs are about 95% diet. The best way to get a flat tummy is to watch what you eat! And side bends actually work your quadratus lumborum which is a core spinal muscle and is already quite strong. To get rid of love handles, I would suggest some sort of seated twist, maybe with a medicine ball, to work your internal and external obliques!

Good nutrition, interval training with unit training method 3 to 4 times a week. This helped me to have a six pack pretty much all my life.
