Sad Diet Photos That Will Change Your Resolution

sad dietThe #1 New Year's resolution every year is to lose weight, which isn't exactly shocking. Everyone wants to look their best and be healthy. Hell, it's been one of my resolutions every year for the past five years (unsuccessfully). But have you ever tried doing hardcore dieting? It's depressing to watch your friends enjoy a fatty hamburger while you pick at your salad. So depressing in fact that I'm convinced that dieting is more of a health risk than being overweight. And I have 5 sad diet photos to show the pitiful side of dieting (in a humorous way).

We're forced to eat smaller portions of delicious foods, which is purely just a tease. Mmm ... this tiny miniature hamburger is so good for two whole seconds. You chew until it's completely dissolved in your mouth just to hold on to the taste as long as possible.

How dare he hover with his cookie while you nibble on your celery. Friggin a-hole. Tell him exactly where he could shove that delectable dessert. I'll give you a hint, it's in a place that won't put on the poundage.

Sigh. Maybe if I line my dinner up in rows, I can trick my brain into thinking that there is more on the plate.sad diet

By the time March comes around, this is what's bound to happen. And we shouldn't even have any shame about it. Just look how happy she is!

Is dieting one of your New Year's resolutions?

More exercise is this year not dieting.  Well, I want to give up fried foods too so maybe that counts but I don't think so.
