Kim KardashianKim Kardashian recently tweeted self-help advice to try and stop a fan from going under the knife to become Kim's doppelganger.

The fan (whose Twitter page no longer exists) tweeted the following:

"I'm getting head 2 toe plastic surgery nxt week 2 look like @kimkardashian so my husband won't leave me. He worships her"

Kim retweeted the uber-fan's message on July 24 with a big "NO" in front of it.

She followed that up with the following tweets:

Pls dont. Ur husband should love u 4 who u are! Don't try 2 b someone else. Im sure u are beautiful inside &out! Just as u are

Don't change yourself for anybody but yourself...be happy with who u are! Someone will appreciate and adore u just as you are.

Kim has said in the past that she's not opposed to plastic surgery, but beyond Botox hasn't had any herself.

If I was planning on getting plastic surgery, it wouldn't be Kim I'd choose to look like. Nothing against her, but there are other stars I'd rather resemble -- like Heidi Klum for one.

It's fun to imagine which celeb you'd most like to look like, and I've done so countless times with girlfriends. And I can even see how people contemplating specific surgeries would go armed with ideas or pictures of the parts of those they admire.

But to try and re-create yourself to look exactly like someone else, that's just sad. And if the woman's tweet was really serious, I hope she gets the help she needs.
