Turns out, you don't need to drink blood. You just need to perfect the plank, as well as mix in some other cardio and strength routines, according to The Twilight Saga: Eclipse star Ashley Greene, who plays the sprightly Alice Cullen in the film franchise.

Ashley Greene is the July/August cover model for Women's Health magazine, and inside, she shares her workout secrets -- both what she does to get in tip-top vampire shape, and what she does to stay fit in her off time.

Greene says her 5-foot, 5-inch body holds muscle easily (must be nice!), and she tends to bulk up when she lifts weights.

To get a long, lean body and avoid looking like a body builder, 23-year-old Greene says she focuses on cardio, squats, and planks (including side planks) when she's vamping it up. She also throws in some Kettlebells and even pushes a big box filled with weights across a room.

When Greene is not aiming for Alice Cullen physique, she says she mixes in Pilates and runs three to five miles three to five days a week (on her treadmill or on nearby trails).

As for what she eats (not blood, just to reiterate), while she doesn't diet per se, Greene says she does eat lean proteins such as halibut, tuna, sushi, chicken, and egg whites, as well as plenty of vegetables.

Your turn -- what's your workout routine?
