Small-boned and 5 feet 3 inches in height, I tend to fluctuate between a size 2 and 4 and weigh between 115 to 120 pounds. I maintain my weight and energy by chasing my son around the playground every single day, enjoying two-mile power-walks while pushing the stroller (and a 29-pound tot), and of course eating lots of healthful foods like big salads bursting with color and protein.
