1. Get out in the fresh air

Working out in the fresh air is linked to increased energy, happiness, and mental clarity.

2. Get your blood pumping

Spend 10 minutes doing sprints, walking lunges, push-ups, etc ... to get your heart beating and your blood pumping. Make a habit of this every day and the results of your daily mini-workouts will begin to show, and you'll feel great, too. You'll have more energy, concentrate better, and be happier all around when you get active in the sun.
