Photo by Frazer Harrison/GettyI haven't seen Iron Man 2 yet, but I've been enviously eyeing pictures of Gwyneth Paltrow, who is looking amazing these days.
In particular, it's her taut and toned legs I covet as short season is upon us. While mine will never even be half as long as hers, I do love that I can use this video by Paltrow's trainer, Tracy Anderson, to try and get some of the tone she has. It shows the leg workout Paltrow did, step by step, in preparation to play Pepper Potts.
Paltrow told People the workout helped her "do ridiculous things like be a 37-year-old mother of two and wear shorts!"
Of course, food also played a role in Gwyneth's transformation. She details the diet she followed in her Goop newsletter. It included meal replacement bars and "clean" shakes for breakfast; kale juice, vegan wraps, and almonds during the day; and then more kale (in the form of soup) or a salad for dinner.
It actually doesn't sound bad or that impossible to follow -- think I'll pick up some kale soon.
